Noodles (面线)&lt;br /&gt;2. Small piece of chicken breast meat&lt;br /&gt;3. Minced meat (chicken/pork)&lt;br /&gt;4. Carrot&lt;br /&gt;5. Mushroom&lt;br /&gt;6. Egg&lt;br /&gt;7. Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;8. Salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;1. Slice carrot and mushroom. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. Dip noodles in the water for a while, tear the noodles into smaller pieces, drain it and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3. Half cook chicken breast meat in water, drain and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;4. Stir fried the mushroom and carrot until they are cooked.&lt;br /&gt;5. Added in some oil, stir fried minced meat, added in ~2.5 bowl of waters and half cooked chicken breast meat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Slowly added in egg yolks into chocolates. - Mixture 1&lt;br /&gt;3. Add in some Vanilla Essence into Mixture 1. Put aside.&lt;br /&gt;4. Break Maria biscuit into small pieces, and added in above mixture.&lt;br /&gt;5. Stir until all Maria biscuit is covered with chocolate. - Mixture 2&lt;br /&gt;6. Glutinous Rice&lt;br /&gt;2. Chicken Breast Meat&lt;br /&gt;3. Mushroom&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Chinese Sausage&lt;br /&gt;5. Soya sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Black Pepper&lt;br /&gt;7. Sesame Oil&lt;br /&gt;8. Corn Starch&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:-&lt;br /&gt;1. Wash and soak glutinous rice over night.&lt;br /&gt;2. Soak mushroom as well.&lt;br /&gt;3. Cut chicken breast meat into slice, put on soya sauce, some black pepper, corn starch and sesame oil.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cut mushroom and chinese sausage into slice.&lt;br /&gt;5. Put on some oil, cook the mushroom, chicken breast meat and chinese sausage separately.&lt;br /&gt;6. Drain off the glutinous rice, fried the rice, added in soya sauce and black pepper. Cook till the glutinous rice is slightly soft. If needed, added in some water.&lt;br /&gt;7. Prepare a small bowl, layer by layer added in mushroom, chicken breast meat and chinese sausage. Lastly, put on the half-cooked glutinous rice on top. Press firmly on top of glutinous rice.&lt;br /&gt;8. Put it into steamer and steam for around 45mins.&lt;br /&gt;9.
